About Eric Scott<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Eric Richard Scott<\/a><\/strong> is a Canadian independent producer and documentary filmmaker based in Montreal, Quebec. He started in the television and documentary film industry in the early 1980s, most as a researcher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Twenty years later, he started his own production house<\/a> in order to develop his own projects with a minimum of corporate constraints.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

Eric Scott\u2019s films<\/a> address themes of nationalism,\nreligious and ethnic identity, fundamentalism and\nmulticulturalism. He is particularly interested in\nindividuals of good faith who rebel against authority.\nThe point of exposing these novel and complex\nstories is to stimulate social debate and challenge\nconventional wisdom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
